SignAS

A Czech Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) service, eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014.

SignAS lets a document sender create a signing envelope, invite one or more signers, verify each signer's identity, and produce a document bearing a legally-recognized Advanced Electronic Signature — cryptographically bound to the document and to a verified signer identity.

How it works

• A document is uploaded and one or more signers are invited by email.
• Each signer reviews the document in their browser, verifies their identity (email/SMS one-time code, or Bank iD), and signs.
• The signature is embedded directly into the PDF (PAdES, RSA-2048 via AWS KMS, with an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp) — not a separate certificate file.
• Once everyone has signed, all parties receive the final signed document plus a Certificate of Completion — a summary of who signed, when, how their identity was verified, and the full tamper-evident audit trail.

Identity verification

SignAS supports email and SMS one-time codes, and Bank iD — a Czech bank-identity federation that lets a signer verify their identity through their own bank.

Status

SignAS is under active development, currently integrated with a specific client system rather than offered as public self-signup.
